Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy, giving you 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return request is accepted, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Shipping Fees for Returns
- If the return is initiated by the consumer for reasons not related to the seller, the consumer is responsible for the return shipping cost. The exact fee will depend on the express company you select.
- If the return is due to our error (e.g., damaged or incorrect item received), you will not be required to bear the shipping fee.
Damages and Issues

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned: perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants), custom or personalized products, and personal care items (e.g., beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you are unsure whether your item is eligible for return, please contact us.

For orders shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, without justification. As with all returns, the item must be in its original condition—unworn or unused, with tags and packaging intact—and you must provide proof of purchase.

Refunds
